Surrey Advertiser Challenge Trophy Competition -
THE ROSEBOWL
FIVE MOODS - THE WINNER
Dorking has competed in
this competition for a number of years, which is sponsored by the Surrey
Advertiser. There were fifteen clubs participating and the
standard was as always, very high.
Judge, Ken Scott ARPS, APAGB, MBPPsS, looked at each
panel and then each individual image from that panel. Our panel was number
seven, and there had been some very good entries before us, but only one stood out that could be in with a chance. When the final announcement was made, it was thrilling to hear Dorking had WON.
More awards went to . . .3rd individual image award to Richard Milton-Worssell for Francesca (image 3), and 1st Individual Award to Genetta
Aprilante for Lara Lemon (image 5).
