RISK ASSESMENT

Terrain: Conditions of terrain may be hazardous: uneven ground, wet/muddy conditions, slippery ground. Organiser to brief attendees prior to event of conditions that may be encountered. Ensure foootwear suitable for condition is worn.

Public Transport: Check timing of transport and leave yourself sufficient time to catch transport home. Check before departure for any delays or disruption that you are likely to encounter

Stairs: Attendees to satisfy themselves that they are able to cope with any stairs at the venue(s). Organiser to brief attendees prior to event of stairs that me be encountered.

Personal Security: In public areas please be aware of your surroundings and persons in your vicinity. Opportunists may be a risk to attendees personal security and that of their possessions. If uncertain, move to a well populated and well lit area.

Security of equipment. In public places there will be an increased risk of theft of any equipment you have with you. Maintain a careful eye on your equipment at all times.

Covid: Covid situation and requirements may change over time. Organiser to check any requirements of venues to be visited prior to departure and brief all attendees accordingly. .
